小弟我因小時候左手受過傷導致手肘無法伸直,最近剛開始訓練胸肌
使用握推的方式,但因受傷的關係,導致在訓練時,桿子常常無法平衡
不知各位有其他訓練胸肌的方法,或更適合我的機器! Thx.
<p.s>兩隻手向前平舉,目測大約差5~6公分左右.
