我想請大家指教我目前的訓練菜單 菜單是我自己亂排出來的
每日約1.5小時 練六休一 根據我的菜單 訓練量會不夠嗎
185CM 100KG 訓練時間約1年 以健力為主
目前PR是 S:150 B:140 D:200 半年內目標是S:170 B:150 D:220
請大家可提供我建議 或改善我的菜單

1.肩推不借力

2.背蹲

臥推 有帶護肘
