五月的時候量體重是97.1 體脂率是25.8 體脂重是25
七月開始一周四天重訓一小時有氧半小時,變成現在這個數據,想請問該如何往下,因為
小弟其實是想要變瘦到80公斤 請問各位前輩該如何往下訓練
