哀~
人過了25後好像新陳代謝變慢了感覺~
本來是170/60
過年後170/69
飲食上有控制(以前把胃撐大了~)
我每次都會硬逼自己36分鐘內要跑完6公里(一周大概四次)
然後一三五日做腰腹訓練(
二四六做伏地挺身
可是體重都下不來~
誰可以幫幫我阿
有點灰心了~!
