該怎麼突破 - 減肥

三餐內容
早餐:桂格燕麥2匙+300ML牛奶、起司半片、煎蛋1顆、好市多全麥雜糧麵包1份、
蘋果1顆。
午餐:自助素食便當,內容大概是胚芽米1碗、4樣青菜、1顆滷蛋。
晚餐:2份水果、青菜一碗(看媽媽煮什麼就吃什麼)、30G左右的肉纇。
其他:上班餓的話會喝無糖豆漿一罐。
每天平均都會吃到1800-2000卡
(嗯,跟一般女生比起來,我的食量真的是大食怪......XDDD)
日常作息時間:
6點起床 > 鄭多燕30min(1跟3輪流做) > 準備早餐吃早餐 >
8點上班 > 17點下班 > 慢跑或x-bike 40min > 晚餐 > 啞鈴90min > 11~12點間睡覺
假日一樣6點起床,但會多做一片鄭多燕(一天做針對腹部、一天做瘦臀瘦腿),
時間允許的話(沒有出去逛街吃飯w),慢跑跟X-BIKE都會做。
生活型態:整天坐在電腦前的上班族
運動習慣:
如上述,我起床之後,都會先跳鄭多燕1片30min。
慢跑40min以上,平均一次大概4.8km,有時體力比較好會跑到1hr 8km。
慢跑基本上是跑一休一,沒跑步的那天就改騎x-bike,
阻力3或4,騎40~50min,速度都維持在38-40左右。
因為都瘦胸部,煩人的下半身依然很腫,1月左右開始練啞鈴,
跟著這本http://0rz.tw/UUFe8 ,每天做裡面的:
啞鈴熱身運動 > 上半身(胸、背、肩、手臂)選1 > 下半身(腹、大腿、臀、小腿)選1
> 啞鈴循環運動 > 伸展運動。
從一開始的用礦泉水練,到現在舉的是一對5lb的啞鈴,感覺背跟手臂都變很結實ww

下半身雖然沒有上半身這麼誇張,但也感覺緊實不少。
我的問題:
我從11月開始運動減肥,速度其實不算快,大概1個月2kg慢慢瘦,
之前有PO過文,依照版友的建議,加入慢跑跟重訓,讓煩人的下半身變得比較順眼了,
但是,最近遇到停滯期,體重一直在53.4-52.8kg徘徊下不去,
只有上禮拜感冒,上吐下洩,掉到51.9kg,但才兩天就恢復正常了......
希望可以瘦到48kg、體脂肪20%。
想請問,我的飲食跟運動該做怎樣的調整,才會突破停滯期呢?
