該換課表?數字與體態? - 健身

各位巨巨水水好
昨天我量了inbody 的數據
結果不如預期

還有一張歡樂inbody是5月的

日前從5/15開始減脂
用碳水循環法、熱量赤字、間歇斷食
有氧幾乎沒有做。
我先承認我自己碳水循環法沒有做的很確實
常常低碳日爆碳又沒吃到脂肪(幾乎每次)
熱量赤字我的TDEE2100-200=1900 這個我都有乖乖的沒爆卡
間歇斷食是從18/6到現在可以一日一餐
省錢也比較省時(備餐方便)
體態的部分:

個人覺得體態看起來是有差....(也許自我感覺良好)
背肌跟三頭三角比較明顯(?
但是體脂根本沒什麼降,肌肉也沒增。
三項的部分
S:80>70
B:30>47
D:110>120
有進步也有退步
不過相較之下我的蹲舉很爛
(之前因為受傷休息了四個月,前幾天重測pr,開始蹲了)

目前我的問題是:
我還想要繼續減脂,至少減到24%(工作需求)
課表的部分我想開始換成5-3-1課表,為了年底的健力比賽準備,(但是會不會太早?)
也有想過換成肌耐力課表,到公佈比賽日期再跑力量。
還有一個疑問是數字沒什麼變化,可是自己照鏡子有差別。
在同一時間同樣狀態下測量,怎麼會這樣呢?
