小弟練腹肌的方法
原本是單純靠仰臥起坐來練
之後接手了朋友搬家留下來的滾輪
但是做跪姿滾輪 我都覺得只刺激到背部和手臂
前陣子看到版上的六分鐘練腹肌影片
也試著用這個方法來練
隔天都會覺得腹肌有酸痛感
雖然看很多版大都說滾輪很有效果
但是我做滾輪完全沒感覺 是施力的方法不對嗎
還是只要選擇對自己有效的刺激方法 目前繼續用六分鐘的動作來練 就好了呢
