請問 我的運動量 適合吃高蛋白嗎 - 健身

大家好
小弟持續運動一陣子了(一年多) 有長出一點肌肉
不過最近發現 跟去年的照片比起來 胸部有比較厚實
可是臉頰有變瘦的跡象 體重沒有減少
去年也是因為慢跑了一陣子發現有變瘦 就沒再繼續跑了
想問各位前輩 以我的運動量 適合(需要)吃高蛋白嗎
喝高蛋白 目的是為了增胖 或增壯
小弟目前的運動量是
一天 仰臥起坐+伏地挺身大概150~200下 + 舉啞鈴一百下左右
一週大概會做4~5天
(就...就這樣..)
身高184CM 體重67KG
原本就偏瘦 想說吃一點高蛋白來增胖增壯
懇請前輩們幫小弟評估一下是否適合食用高蛋白 謝謝
