單槓 關節酸痛 - 健身

小弟大概180cm 100kg的胖子
最近想練點肌力 所以跑去練習拉單槓
大概反手上去就可以3-4下(一下一下拉 不是定在上面) 沒過下巴
但是有時拉完常常手腕或手肘關節會酸痛
這樣通常是拉單槓的酸痛嘛?
還是肌力不夠 已經拉傷 不適合再拉了??
