請教版上巨巨們,有人喝過賀寶芙賦活能量飲(Rebuild Strength)嗎?
請問這罐的作用和效果如何?
平常魯姊重訓有在喝乳清/分離乳清。通常直接泡了帶去重訓,當作補充飲水。
使用量大約是一次兩到三份(30g*2~3),乳清蛋白質含量大約每份23g~25g。
(魯姊體重大約50kg)
前陣子朋友送了賀寶芙這罐當作生日禮物,上面標示是運動完後30分鐘內使用。
看了一下內容,一份的定義是50g,熱量186大卡,蛋白質25.4g,脂肪1.5g(
其中飽和脂肪0.8g,反式脂肪標示為0,但是算起來應該0.7g吧?)
16.8g糖,膳食纖維0.8g,其他是維生素B、C、等等。鈉含量230毫克。
不確定如果我在運動後已經喝完2~3份乳清的狀態下,再喝一份賀寶芙會不會
造成身體負擔?或是可以減量使用?還是巨巨們有其他建議呢?
朋友的心意所以不想浪費。因為對於這些營養攝取的知識不多,請各位指教。
