請問一下 跑步時候穿吊嘎的問題 - 健身

大家好
耽誤大家一些時間
我想請問一下 最進 我開始練跑步
目前 遇到三個問題 想請問一下版上的朋友
如果有空的朋友幫忙給一下建議 謝謝 沒空的朋友也沒關係
第一個是 因為我晚上 跑步都穿吊嘎
跑到後期 會發覺左右 上手臂內側 會磨到 紅紅的痛
加上流很多汗 挺痛的
我想請問一下 有人有遇過一樣的問題嗎
是因為我跑步 手姿勢的問題 還是因為吊嘎的問題呢
如果 還是想穿吊嘎跑步 (因為感覺比較涼)
那有什麼解決的方法嗎
第二個問題是
我身高 不高 165 左右 體重大概57 左右 (男生)
我想把身材練的好看一點 穿衣服好看一點
所以 我每天晚上都會跑步 跑了一個月
從10圈400 到現在18圈 400 大概2-3天 往前推進一圈
我想問一下 如果我想讓身材變的有線條一點 體脂肪 在低一點
我該持續 增加圈數嗎 還是說 到幾圈左右 就先維持住 改要求速度呢
我跑步會怕跑不長 所以 都慢慢跑 大概比快走 在快一點 18圈左右 大概是50分
所以 我想請問一下 如果要使體脂肪下降 線條好看一點
該在20圈左右 維持住 改要求速度呢 還是 繼續維持速度 圈數往上提升呢
第三個問題是
由於我身高不高 所以想把身材的線條練好一點
除了每天跑步之外 我該加強哪個部分的肌肉鍛鍊 會讓身材更好看 穿衣服更好看呢
因為 身旁有些練健身的朋友 不過 他們都是身高比較高的
問過他們的意見 他們也不太清楚 身高 不高的人 該加強哪些部分
所以 我想問一下 有沒有跟我差不多身高的朋友 可以給我一些建議
