體脂肪上升 - 健身

這一個月體脂肪產生劇烈的變化,
我沒想到情況會變這麼糟所以沒有特別記錄,
之前的 體重 約為 78kg 正負0.2
體脂肪 18.5 正負0.4(電阻式)
以最近四個禮拜來看,
頭兩個禮拜呈現非常好的數據
體重 來到 80+
體脂肪 掉到 17.9
雖然有極高可能是水腫,但我某些重量項目也跟著有所進步
所以我就懷著感恩的心情把它正面的數據了~~
但由於我隔天肌肉都沒有 明顯 痠痛,
所以那段時間我隔天都會針對不痠的部位,再做加強
後來有一天膝蓋會痛,就比較不做大腿
又有一天手腕會痛,就完全不做,休息一個半禮拜
一個禮拜後再做,測量體重體脂,回到了最剛開始的數據
體重 78
體脂 19 左右
因為之前某些關節會痛所以現在比較保守,
做重量的頻率是一個禮拜一次全身,一次調整
後來量體重 78
體脂 21.5 恩 體脂好像有點高,之後應該會調整過來
再來 體重 78
體脂 22.4 !!!!好像有點嚴重
我剛開始猜測,有可能是天氣開始轉涼的關係,
雖然感覺變冷,但是脂肪囤積的速度也太快了吧
在最冷的12月、1月體脂該不會達到26吧
這是正常現象嗎?還是我該拉高運動量了~~~
