密碼muscle 前四張大概是最近 後四張是一年前?!
感覺身材好像都沒什麼變?! 想要練三頭 和背
雖然有加入健身房 不過都是去跑步泡三溫暖居多..(也有一陣子沒去了)
目前都是做伏地挺身+仰臥起坐
一個禮拜大概做三~四天 伏地挺身300下(一次做) 仰臥起坐150下
然後一個禮拜跑步跑五六次 大概都跑8000~10000
有測過時間 跑八千36分左右 一萬46分多這樣的速度
體脂肪以前在加州測12% 不過那是剛加入免費幫我測 現在就不知道去哪測了
單槓現在標準的(全放) 最多可拉18下
想請問一下! 就我現在174 71來說 要進步只能靠健身房的器材嗎?
還是說要喝蛋白才會進步比較快?! 不管怎麼運動 感覺肚子就不太會消....
要做什麼運動才能消肚子呢?! 目前以我來說 是要以有氧為主?還是重訓增肉才
可以達到我想要的效果呢?! 感謝各位大大批評指教!
