二頭動作 慢彎舉3組 斜板彎舉3組
我的順序應該是 握推3組-->斜推3組 做完胸部在換再換二頭
還是 握推3組-->慢彎舉3組-->斜推3組-->斜板彎舉3組 交錯呢?
