所以如果你沒腎臟病,就不用擔心。
造成腎臟病原因很多(高血壓糖尿病等)
但是絕對不是蛋白質攝取…
另外我本身是腎臟病第三期a的患者
腎絲球過濾值GPR 45-60
每日蛋白質攝取限定每公斤0.8克
所以我(80公斤)一天只能攝取60克蛋白質(抓50克比較保險)。
醫師說過,如果你要重訓補充蛋白質,與其吃料理過的肉,不如直接喝乳清。
原因很簡單,少了調味料。
而且提煉過的乳清,含氮廢物的比例也比肉類來得低。
當然,人生也會更空虛(鬼才想不吃肉光喝乳清)
如果你每日攝取蛋白質也是低於60克實在不用想太多。
但你要成為巨巨每天要攝取一兩百克蛋白質的話,不妨先去診所抽個血檢查看看自己腎絲球
