請問仰臥起坐 - 健身

大家好
我很想要每天都做仰臥起坐
因為我體能不是很好 我從最基礎的做起 平躺做到不行為止
但隔天整個肚子的肌肉都超級痛 一用力or笑之類的 就會很不舒服
但又剛好我脂肪一直堆積在這邊 雖然身體很瘦 肚子卻很大.....
看精華區說 腹肌是要每天都練 不需要隔48小時在練
但是肚子好痛 做幾下 就做不下去了....
這是正常現象嗎??
不知道大家怎麼調適的~~
請大家提供一點心得@@
不求腹肌 只求我肚子的脂肪能夠消除
