我一直覺得運動幫助身體健康的說法
只適合中低強度運動
或是說運動過程沒把自己逼到極限的活動
我自己以前跑全馬
現在是跑步重訓並行
全馬常常比賽完
隔天的確都明顯輕微感冒一兩天
重訓如果做大重量逼到力竭
如深蹲 硬舉 臥推
隔天其實也特別疲憊 身體虛虛的
或許是我個人體質比較弱吧
