請問台北哪裡有抵消身體重量的引體向上機 - 健身

大家好
因為脊椎長骨刺又有點側彎的關係,所以醫生建議我去拉單槓減輕脊椎骨之間的壓力以避
免病情繼續惡化。
但是我手臂背部肌肉都非常弱又有些胖,單槓實在抓不穩,撐不到半分鐘,而且全身肌肉都
會很緊繃而無法放鬆,不符運動目標。
對這問題...我想到可以去找那種有阻力與踏板、靠墊可以抵消身體重量的引體向上機。
想請問大台北有哪些地方是每小時費用 100 以下,又有這種器材的呢?
希望是在大安或信義區,但其他地方也可以。
