請問哪一種有氧運動效果比較好? - 健身

以前上健身房都是做HIT加一些啞鈴的訓練,但最近有點想加入有氧運動,於是就變成30
分鐘做無氧訓練,後面30分鐘做有氧,今天第一次嘗試樓梯機,覺得對心肺到效果很不錯
,大腿也很有感,但是實在是無法持續做超過10分鐘以上.....
所以想問各位,是否可以變成20分鐘跑步機健走+10分鐘的樓梯機,這樣效果跟走30分鐘
的樓梯機,差異會很大嗎?
