已經爬了不少文章,可是還是看不懂
假設有一個男生 基代是1800
他日常生活的活動熱量+1800 = 1800/0.7=2571
(0.7是我在網路上看的)
所以他一天需要吃到2570大卡,對嗎? ======>問題一
男生開始重訓+有氧,耗費400大卡
他該吃多少,才不會減到肌肉? =====>問題二
是2570大卡?
是2570+400=2970大卡?
吃不到基代,消耗熱量大於吃進去的,減下來的是肌肉
但吃到超過基代,配合運動後,消耗熱量大於吃進去的,
一樣能量不足,為何下降的是脂肪,為什麼? =====>問題三
資質愚鈍,爬了三年文章,還是看不懂
