我身高182公分,體重63公斤!
我是大學生/男
請問是否生活作息不正常會變瘦呢?
平常有在舉啞鈴所以有變重手臂也長了不少肉臉也鼓了起來!每個禮拜日去健身房重訓!主要練手跟胸(之前58公斤!)
我是健身完都會補充高蛋白跟香蕉跟麵包,然後豆漿或牛奶!不知道有沒有錯!?
但是現在停在63公斤都不會動了!
請問我運動前後什麼時間需要補充什麼才能有效長肉呢?
還有平常3餐要怎麼吃比較能長肉而不長脂肪呢?
還麻煩有經驗的各位健美帥哥指點小弟!
小弟是新手來的!上述有誤還麻煩指導我一下!
