偶姆龍測16-18體脂
184cm 72kg 線條不明顯

這是最近 路跑完測 68kg
旁邊帳篷測的 體脂9
小弟因上班念書
大多日常是靜態的活動
每週跑6-10km一次
伏地挺身五個循環
做到起不來為止 加拉十下單槓
有時想到舉舉3kg啞鈴
做一百下伏地
有算營養蛋白質 沒喝乳清
用無糖豆漿 低脂牛奶補
基本不吃油的東西 澱粉控制
蔬果無限吃
問題如下
1.數值一直跳 不清楚體脂
多少,請巨巨幫忙目測一下
讓小弟有個方向
2.想讓上圍寬點 又不想沒線條
該增肌 還是減脂
練了快兩年 但最多就這樣了
衣服還是難找 卡在M L號
之間 不是太大就是太短

但如有冒犯還是
