我今天去做了inbody

想請問一下,他算我的基礎代謝只有1574
所以我吃到一天1500大卡就可以了嗎?
還是說這個不準呢?
請版上各位巨巨幫我分析建議好嗎…
另外想問
我昨天有像推文建議的做比較大重量……
昨天我的自訂課表是二頭+三頭
也沒很大啦本來單手5kg增加到單手10kg
但一組力竭只差不多6下
可是今天都沒有酸酸緊緊的感覺,只有一點點,不像第一個禮拜開始做酸爆
是不是沒做成功呢QQ
