最近在家沒事就會拉拉彈力繩
動作就不細述了(試著要描述但總覺得寫不清楚)
就是那幾種練手臂的動作
請問拉彈力繩可以算是重訓的一種嗎?
另外想請教,除了有氧瘦全身跟基因決定先瘦哪裡外
有什麼運動可以讓手臂瘦(緊實)快一點嗎?尤其是掰掰袖連到副乳那一帶
目前身高體重為163cm,約65kg,體脂約31%
