請問天生容易吃胖的體質
跟怎麼吃都很難吃胖的體質
兩者做重量訓練是否會有差異?
我的理解是易胖體質
因為身體吸收能力好
所以相對也容易把練大塊
而吃不胖因為身體不易堆積脂肪
雖然很難練大塊
但是肌肉的線條凹凸較明顯
是這樣嗎?
