最近有大大開團sbd的護具
鑒於最近蠻愛深蹲的
小弟蠻想購買護膝來保護膝蓋的
但是看水肥哥之前的發文和板上的說法
似乎認為護膝的功能比較像是彈弓一樣給予輔助,協助突破pr
而非像護腕護腰一樣保護功能?
又有建議說不要太依賴裝備,慢慢練上去,比較不容易受傷
想請問如果蹲大重量的話
護膝是否為必需品
護膝是否真有保護膝蓋功能
有人蹲2倍體重以上還沒用護膝的嗎?
小弟沒打算參加比賽,僅為業餘的健力愛好者
想請問這樣是否有建議購入護膝
希望能有版友給予意見
