剛開始練習
目前深蹲只有全蹲30kg(可以知道有多鳥了......)
最近才知道leg press也可以練股四頭肌
想請問的是
如果深蹲有去做
還需要去做leg press嗎?
因為深蹲似乎可練到的部位比較多
跟leg press也有重疊的地方
所以想要請問一下前輩還需要做嗎?
另外
雖然知道全蹲比較好
不過如果是以跳高(打排球)的目標
是否做到半蹲就好了
是不是會比較符合與運動項目相符的效果呢?
