請問有無30分鐘能做的肌力運動 - 健身

各位好
因為是個媽媽白天要上班,晚上要煮晚餐整理家裡還有顧2個小孩
能運動的時間大約短短30分鐘
最近瘦了6公斤,手臂有點蝴蝶袖
想請問有無訓練手臂或是上半身的肌力運動?
我不想要瘦下來都是皮啊!
我家有健身彈力繩跟室內腳踏車還有2.5kg啞鈴
