發現肌肉掉了有點誇張
一週胸背腿輪流練 大概12下五-七組
約大概一個小時
慢跑一個小時
走兩分鍾速度6.0kph 跑八分速度8.0kph
跑完有五分鐘收操 速度大概6.5kph
運動完前30分會吃香蕉+無糖豆漿
有請問過教練 可能有氧做太多才掉肌肉
還是inbody誤差呢?
還有請問乳清可以代替蛋白質攝取嗎?
剛進健身房新手 求問
