請問澱粉與蛋白質的食用時間 - 健身

呃....請各位高手先不要急著開噓
我雖然是新手
但我絕對不是要問晚餐不碰澱粉會不會瘦
我看了置底文跟精華區
但有些疑問
首先 我知道要燃燒脂肪就要攝取澱粉
我也從不故意避開澱粉
但我想問
是不是再運動前的那一餐一定要吃澱粉才能幫助燃燒呢?
還是只要每天都有吃到就好?
要是我辛辛苦苦的揮汗一小時卻不能燃燒脂肪
那不就很慘?
第二個問題是
在重訓之後 一定要補充蛋白質嗎?
如果重訓之後沒有吃東西
會不會因為沒有東西修補肌肉反而消化掉了肌肉?
我想瘦的健康
不希望我的肌肉跟著脂肪一起不見了
因此很在意是不是一定要補充蛋白質
以上兩個問題還請各位高手開釋
