請問練了卻不會酸痛是?? - 健身

各位先輩好
前幾個月小弟加入重訓
基本上是平時沒事每天練
(學校1~5放學)
(之後才知道不能每天練)
但是昨天同學說他要面試不能練
我問為什? 他說練了會酸
我忽然才知道練重訓會酸
不過我是只有第一次練才會酸…
之後就不會酸了…
像重訓 練胸 拉背 小腿 大腿
只有酸過一次就是第一次練的時候
(酸兩天)
自己還有做滾輪
也是第一次練會酸
(酸五天)
之後就不會酸了…
請問是哪裡有問題…
如果是姿勢錯誤 應該不會全部都錯誤吧…
因為都有跟朋友去做練法一樣他們會酸
我卻不會…
順便想請問這幾個月我是練到哪裡去了Orz

放在別的地方,拼重量記錄看自己有沒有進步,拼肌耐
力的看自己組數次數...
