想問下面留言說一個月瘦10公斤的
應該是平常比較沒再運動 脂肪比較多的人吧??
如果是板上平日自我要求很嚴格的巨巨們,
當兵時頂多1.蛋白質攝取降低
2.重訓量降低(重訓器材變成BodyWeight)
所以肌肉少了一些吧~~
小弟體脂大概11%~ 很怕進去變成非洲難民啊 QAQ
有當過兵的巨巨真男人們 分享一下當兵辛苦談媽??
