請問這樣是水喝太少嗎? - 健身

各位巨巨女神早安,我是從完全零運動發覺自己超胖,到現在堅持半年的健身新手。平時沒事就是爬文,大致相關都看過了,但還是有點想不通QQ 麻煩大家幫我解惑,想要知道自己還有哪裡可以調整
我目前是一個月測量一次Inbody,也知道它會有誤差。
七月時量測數據如下:

想說終於破了30大關很開心。除七月初出國去玩了五天之外,剩下一切照常控制飲食和運動。
結果八月變成這樣:

納悶的地方是,生活作息都相差不多,甚至覺得鏡子裡的自己腹部肉又少了那麼一些 (?) 但是量出來卻是這樣,QQ
教練說是水量問題,所以意思是我水喝太少了嗎?但是不才我的職業需要一直不斷說話,水應該至少也不會喝過少才是…
好不容易突破又回到30以上真的好挫折啊!如果是我想太多了請打醒我也沒關係QQ
附上日常飲食:
早餐:香蕉一根+兩顆水煮蛋 (假日蛋會用乳清代替)
午餐:一碗白飯配自助餐青菜 (會過水),肉會選去皮滷雞腿、鱈魚等等。
晚餐:只吃自助餐肉或菜 (過水),如果吃吃到飽就是一樣吃菜跟肉
運動完再加上一杯乳清
我的食物也會傳給教練看,教練也說沒什麼太大問題…難道這個月出國玩的債還沒還完嗎QQ
因為接下來終於放假了,可以好好專注在健身上面…想知道自己要怎麼調整比較好!先謝謝大家了!(鞠躬)
