請問這樣的熱量計算出了什麼問題? - 健身

三餐內容
早餐:光泉保久乳/優格/餅乾
午餐:牛肉麵/日式豬排飯/自助餐/泡麵
晚餐:老媽煮的飯菜/牛排
日常作息時間:固定時間只有凌晨2點到5點,中午通常睡半小時,其他時間不確定
(可能早睡、晚起或分段睡),大多數時候每天睡眠時間加起來會至少有6小時,但睡眠
品質很差(分段而且不易入睡又常做惡夢)
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
每周去健身房1~2次,每次一小時,慢跑為主,心跳數150左右
非工作時出門大多是騎腳踏車,每個週末大概會騎半小時到一小時不等
問題:我年輕時曾是個瘦子,但工作久了加上很少運動,這兩年來腰圍從30增到33,
體重從63增為近70,體脂也從23上升到26
我過去有愛吃高熱量食物的習慣,像速食店隨便吃個套餐熱量就有1200~1400卡,脂肪
累積是必然的
但我這3~4個月來體認到問題的嚴重性,就幾乎不去速食店了,也盡量避開蔥油餅、
小籠包或炸雞之類的高熱量食物,然後開始一週去一兩次健身房。
從幾個網站算出我的基代接近1600,考量到我體脂較高,算1500好了
我這幾個月的飲食:
早餐:光泉保久乳標示130卡 / 德國優格標示100卡 / 法國餅乾標示100卡
中餐:不一定吃什麼,我想到熱量比較高的只有日式豬排飯和牛肉麵,依

600卡好了
晚餐:通常是回家吃老媽煮的,都是很清淡沒什麼油炸或高脂肪的東西,飯大概吃半碗,
合起來應該不會超過500卡。另一種比較常吃的是牛排加麵包,算起來大概400多卡,
晚餐就算500卡好了
加上我常常會喝飲料(柳橙汁、泡沫紅茶、可樂、啤酒都有可能)或吃冰,每天平均約
1000cc吧,算400卡好了
合計我一天攝取的熱量約早餐100+中餐600+晚餐500+飲料/冰400=1600,只比基代高一
點點
我每周大概會暴飲暴食一次,去吃馬辣之類的火鍋或燒烤,視哈根打死挖了幾球,一餐
的熱量大概3000~4000卡,但我吃這種東西幾乎都是吃完半小時就拉肚子拉光光,應該沒
什麼時間給身體吸收才對,而且一週才一次影響應不大。
不論這樣的飲食健不健康,只考慮熱量的話,沒什麼運動的人每日消耗熱量約為基代
的1.2倍,也就是我每天至少消耗1800卡,明顯高於我攝取的1600卡
如果 攝取-消耗=體重增減(先不論肉和油的比例) 的基本定理成立,排除水分的增
減,那我這3~4個月應該會瘦一些些下來。但結果相反,我體重和腰圍還是在往上跑
請不要說我這樣的生活或飲食健不健康,我只是想知道以上熱量的計算到底出了什麼
問題?
請問問題在哪裡?以下是我想到的可能點:
1.攝取-消耗=體重增減 的基本定理不成立(但很難想像質量守衡定理會不成立)
2.網站上對於基代和每日消耗熱量的算法嚴重高估
3.網站上對於食物熱量的計算方式,以及食品廠(可是我吃的也都是些大廠)的標示
熱量嚴重低估
4.我睡眠異常,固基代的算法對我不適用(總覺得不合理,如果基代會受生活作息很大
影響,這指標就失去意義了)
5.我水腫了(但這要怎麼量出來?)
6.我身上有火星人殘留基因,故不適用homo sapien的營響標準...><
