個人狀況:
女生,30歲,身高160公分。上班族
每天上床時間約11點,起床6點。

最近的身體測量狀況約略如下(用歐姆龍體脂機):
2014.12月
體重 77.0
BMI 30.3
體脂肪率 22.5
基礎代謝 1562
體年齡 45
2015.1月
體重 75.3
BMI 29.6
體脂肪率 24.4
基礎代謝1528
體年齡 45
2015.4月
體重 73.0
BMI 28.7
體脂肪率26.1
基礎代謝 1487
體年齡44

這4個月以來,
每天都做insanity workout約1-2小時
(累到爆但至少每天1小時,動作都做很確實),
或是周末搭配爬山2小時,一開始做到身體都會發抖,最近開始比較適應了~
這段時間體重稍有下降,
但不知為什麼體脂肪卻提升 > <...
<< 每天飲食狀況 >>
早上:
鮮奶一杯 + 全麥吐司 2片(厚片) 有時加顆水煮雞蛋
= 早上有空檔會去加買杯7-11拿鐵咖啡
午餐
水煮魚 or 水煮雞胸肉 or 水煮豬里肌肉片+ 燙青菜2種 + 水果(香蕉or芭樂)
+ 全麥饅頭1顆
= 下午有時會泡烏龍茶(茶包)來喝~
晚餐
白飯半碗 + 2-3種燙青菜 + 滷雞腿 or 三杯雞 or滷豬肉 or滷魚
= 心情不好會去買滷味 (會夾:冬粉*1 + 豬肉片 + 金針菇 + 燙青菜 + 豆干)
每天喝開水的量應該有達到3000CC....天氣實在太熱了........
請問這樣的生活狀況有沒有什麼問題呢?
有點擔心自己的肥肉變肌肉,哈~
有運動體力變很好是真的^^~會堅持下去~
希望大家給我些建議^^~
