請問重訓會練到體力、肺活量嗎? - 健身

已經好一段時間沒在運動
一個不小心也跨過了30門檻
體力有明顯的下滑..
過往的運動內容
打藍球(學生時期)
當兵時3000m 17分左右
單槓最多有到7下
退伍後有衝過1年多的浪
但只有周末..
之後就是很零星的慢跑
最近的一次3000m
居然要跑到30分鐘T_T
現在運動
主要是想把體力肺活量提升
另外也把體態練好
連帶把姿勢的問題也處理
(肩膀小歪、脊椎小歪..)
已知道重訓
對於體態有幫助
但想問的是體力、肺活量
重訓也能練到嗎
