請問重訓的訓練部位 - 健身

這一陣子去健身房,依照自己的想法在作重量訓練
不過有一些動作做起來好像怪怪,想說來請教一下

我做仰臥起坐脊椎會嗲嗲嗲的聲音,可是做這個動作不會
想想這兩個動作好像有點相似,請問我適合做這個器材嗎?

在做這個動作之前都是大小腿會明顯感覺酸,今天做感覺膝蓋很吃力
我是不是應該做其他動作來訓練大小腿,取代這個動作?
其他做的動作還有這些,一個小時做六個動作,做五組,每組做到撐不住就休息

請問我動作這樣配還可以嗎,是不是有練的肌肉部位更廣的動作?
主要想說是減肥,增加肌肉量,所以是不是想說更多部位練到會比較好?
