酸痛兩天後還有一點酸痛 能做重訓嗎? - 健身

各位好
我是最近才開始做重訓的 之前看文章說重訓後的酸痛表示肌肉正在重組
所以通常建議是每次的重訓後最好有一天的酸痛 表示這個重訓才是有效的
而我這個新手因為一開始比較急 所以前兩天已經酸痛過了
今天第三天 酸痛程度跟前兩天比已經很輕微 但還是能感受到肌肉有一點點酸
請問這情況下我應該再給自己一天的休息時間 還是直接做沒關係?
