各位肌肉沙灘的各位巨巨前輩晚安~
小弟目前大二,接觸健身大約半年多了,想麻煩各位幫小弟看一下我的訓練菜單有沒有哪裡需要改進的。
訓練目標是希望自己看起來線條更明顯。
訓練循環是這樣的:
胸、二三頭
背、肩
腿、核心肌群
主要訓練目的是肌肥大,每個部位先一組輕的當熱身,然後10RM*5組
以上同一行是同一天一起練的
然後照著胸>背>腿依序練下去
每個禮拜的訓練量大約是4~5天,1天游泳,1~2天休息加讀書
會這樣排菜單是因為之前有看到一篇文章說建議訓練方式是大肌群+小肌群一起練,然後二三頭一起練比較好,所以才會這樣排
可是之前爬文看到說建議胸三頭一起,背二頭一起練
那這樣的話肩膀該放在哪裡呢QQ
我有想過核心可以單獨搬出來在休息日或是游泳日練,可是腿+肩膀這種上下半身的組合會不會很奇怪???
