板上的前輩們午安,在下今年37歲,今年八月,心臟裝了第三組支架,目前尚有一條累積

而我自從2017年動手術後,透過飲食調整,從77kg降到61kg,膽固醇從440降到目前138

目前抽血數值
飲食部份現在都以蔬食為主,搭配一些亞麻籽油和十穀類當主食,紅肉都盡量少吃

某天的午餐
現在體重是已經調整到身體比較沒有負擔的情況,但相對的體力變得很差,問過主治醫師
能做什麼運動保健身體,雖然他說什麼運動都ok
像手術前自己在家練了氣功,但不到15分鐘滿頭大汗而且有虛脫感,就不敢再繼續持續進
行(怕死掉XD。
所以想請教板上有沒有前輩遇過類似案例,或是有哪個單位可以提供相關的體適能諮詢呢
