請教專業 該增肌還是減脂 - 健身

這是小弟這禮拜二量的inboby
這禮拜二開始訓練(已經練胸、背,但第三四天因為太久沒運動突然肌力訓練上半身痛到
不行而暫停)
其實本來就有在陸陸續續重量訓練或有氧
上一次是去年十月都在減脂(後來因為準備研究所就完全沒去健身房了),增肌效果還可
以,骨骼肌:34.1—35.5,脂肪重:18.0—16.1,單位為kg
但因為一輩子都是胖子,所以都沒有嘗試過 增肌,試想會不會身體永遠吃太少然後把自
己體質搞的很差,減脂速度很慢,但前陣子準備研究所期間都算亂吃,最近看sbd學堂跟
板上文章也覺得自己有點混亂。
先講一下之前十月跟現在的課表
訓練:
胸,肩,背,腿各一天,慢跑有氧一週一天,跑十五分,走十五分。
飲食:
吃剛好基代(1700-1800卡浮動),家裡有買電子秤還蠻準的,蛋白質約自身體重兩倍,
碳只有中午主食一碗,其他搭配堅果酪梨等油脂類補滿,再搭配 18-6 or 20-4 間接性斷
食,
如果有空的話也會排時間48h斷食/月。
其實自己也不算減脂新手,只是愈看愈多真的很糾結,小弟看過有些文章會覺得自己真的
吃太少,但是以自己所學來說又沒有出錯,所以想請板上前輩們給予經驗指導。
