請教戶外練習單槓的幾個問題 - 健身

小弟平時在公園練,拉200多公分高的單槓,上個月可以拉9下,依照標準是下去時手伸直
,上去時下巴過槓一次算一下。但最近遇到瓶頸:
1.每天拉一或兩次,但這個月竟然從9下退到8下。
2.我以前是上去時吸氣,下去時吐氣。體大的教練說,為了避免努責定律,要用力時吐氣
,放鬆時吸氣。但我
換呼吸時變成,8下都拉不到。還是我照我原來方式呼吸就好了?
