最近跟朋友聊起誰誰誰在減肥
第一件事不太會去問體重,反而是會問他怎麼瘦的
吃了什麼,做了什麼運動。
只能說不健康減肥的人還是很多
不是說自己有多健康(愛吃高熱量食物應該也沒健康到哪去XD)
效果也沒多好(實在沒啥說服力)
聽到的大多是:
1.不吃晚餐
聽了滿不以為然的,心裡都會很壞的覺得你一定會復胖!!!
要爽就快點現在爽吧,復胖之後就來不及爽了(只是我很俗辣都不敢說出來)
2.某餐只吃水果:
他會說我有吃阿,問他吃什麼則是:水果 (翻桌
身體不會只需要水果所含的營養啦= =+
3.吃某增加代謝藥:
大概是大餐前會吃,說吃了會增加代謝,幫助體內循環等等
就是一堆我聽不太懂,好像沒什麼根據的言論。
要是吃那個就能瘦,我還會肥在這裡嗎(流淚)
4.作一些抬腿按摩的活動:
有人會來跟我分享他做了哪個動作很有效,叫我要一起
心裡面都會OS:乾脆拿那些時間來慢跑。
5.不吃:
這就不用贅述了。
以前還沒接觸這個版之前也是會相信一些偏方
聽到別人亂減肥還很好心的,跟他說這樣不行啦
身體會搞壞耶。
到最後實在很怕別人嫌我囉嗦,就懶得講了。
只是心裡都會默默變得超壞心,對一些方法不以為然
還會OS:再這樣你身體一定會爛掉。
不知道大家對於身邊朋友錯誤的減肥法,都是怎樣看待的呢?
