小弟我因為太瘦,穿衣服都撐不太起來
半年前就決定開始健身,想把自己練壯一點
因此就加入了家裡附近的WG想說試試水溫
朋友建議我先從胸開始練,因此每次去都會花比較多心思在做上半身
最近發現上半身開始有一些成效了,但照鏡子時發現自己的腳細的跟什麼一樣
仔細看發現上下半身的比例有點奇怪了(長得很像一顆奇怪的愛心哈哈哈哈)
回家做了一些功課,有大大推薦可以做槓鈴、壺鈴深蹲或是用史密斯
(但史密斯深蹲大家好像意見都不一樣?)
想請問各位巨巨,初心者做槓鈴有什麼要注意的嗎?
或是有其他適合新手練腿的器材推薦小弟嗎?
(感覺問了這種問題好羞恥阿…)
