貧血人重返運動的建議 - 健身

各位大大好~
小妹我過去4年貧血太嚴重
被醫生要求暫停運動,
直到近期血紅素回到趨近正常值的12
終於可以開始重返運動了!
但4年沒動,體力真的很差
上樓梯爬3樓就會喘
稍微跑一下就上氣不接下氣開始頭暈。
想請問版上大大會怎麼推薦
重返運動的貧血人運動菜單呢?
以前是有跑跑步機的習慣,每天跑30分鐘
再做仰臥起坐50下
空中腳踏車200下
舉啞鈴修飾手臂蝴蝶袖
現在要重頭開始,請問有什麼建議呢?
想慢慢恢復體力,並開始雕塑鬆鬆的肉
