最近在培養運動習慣
從走路開始培養
晚上會去運動場走路
想找運動群組記錄運動記錄
有的群組3天上傳一次記錄,覺得壓力有點大
有的群組討論很熱絡,但聊天內容大多與運動無關
爬文版上群組類的文章大多3~5年以前
去哪邊找運作良好的群組可以加入?

記錄走路日常,沿途景色
希望懶惰時也能被同伴的記錄激勵
目前大概連續走路14天
長期目標是改善體態,活動度變佳,體能變好
接下來應該吸收哪方面的相關知識比較好?
因為我的生活型態是考生
整天幾乎都坐著
每天出去走路對我來說非常重要
可以放鬆緊繃的肌肉
久坐好像蠻傷腰椎
晚上伸展都發現肩頸.下肢和腰比較緊繃
