其實我覺得要減脂肪也不一定需要做強烈的有氧運動 只要持續時間夠久,就一定有成效
重點是持之以恆
以我個人來說 我2009年時 身高170 體重65 體脂肪13% 到了九月開學時,搬到了
離學校較遠的住處,距離學校約15分鐘路程 每天來回走兩趟 一天走路30分鐘
那一年來 三餐都是大份量,早餐吃50塊 午餐吃自助餐60塊,白飯不用錢 我都吃兩三碗
晚餐吃湯麵加魯肉飯80塊 還加宵夜50塊左右 算算一天攝取熱量大概有2200大卡以上
也沒有特別去做有氧運動 只是偶爾去做重訓 這種糜爛癡肥的日子過了一年之後
今年七月 我再量體重計,竟然只有62公斤 而且感覺褲子越穿越鬆 臉也消瘦了
我在想,有可能是我這一年來每天走路30分鐘的關係才會變瘦
雖然一年只有瘦了三公斤 但是走路消耗的熱量也不多
那還有什麼原因讓我體重下降的? 如果說是缺乏運動讓肌肉消失而變輕
那臉應該不會變瘦吧? 請問光靠每天走路30分鐘有辦法一年瘦三公斤嗎?我目前21歲
