足底筋膜炎可選擇的運動 - 健身

各位巨巨好,
小弟從去年五月底開始執行甩肉計畫也10個多月了,從140kg->90kg,
先描述目前的運動習慣,因上班地點為山區偏鄉小學,
所以一~四會在學校快走+慢跑(約7km多,慢跑約2~3km,剩下為快走,時間大約70分鐘)
五六日回家後會在家進行重訓(啞鈴+重訓椅),
大概是五:胸+二頭 六:臀+腿+肩 日:三頭+背+核心
能重訓的時間有限只能這樣安排,
問題來了,大約去年底就開始有感到右腳的足弓部分會疼痛,
一開始以為天氣冷就沒太在意,一直到上週還是會疼痛,就去掛了骨外科,
醫生一聽我描述就很確定的說是足底筋膜炎,當下打了消炎針以及開消炎藥,
這禮拜頭幾天也都不太敢快走和慢跑,直到昨天真的忍不住又走+跑約4km,
沒想到足弓馬上又有輕微拉緊的感覺,
想請教以我的情況,有沒有推薦的運動(醫生推薦飛輪和游泳,但在山區真的沒辦法...)
或是有方法可以幫助舒緩足底筋膜炎的,
爬文有爬到換鞋子,不知道有推薦的跑鞋嗎?還有用網球拉腳底板的筋,效果不知道如何?
