跑操場好還是跑步機好 - 健身

午餐:普通自助餐便當~
晚餐:馬鈴薯沙拉+雞胸肉or鮪魚

日常作息時間:睡眠時間大概是0200~1000
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:一天慢跑2400m~3000m
我的問題:
我想請問究竟是跑操場的成果比較好
還是健身房的成果比較好
大概都是半小時3km左右 當然中間也是會有停下來用走的時候XD...
可是今天去健身房發現 跑跑步機的感覺似乎比較不累 跑完還有意猶未盡的感覺
不過我才開始跑11天(連續) 也知道體能訓練要慢慢來
所以不知道大家的建議是如何
