(不知道在這邊問好不好....不適合會刪掉的QQ)
之前都一直有在跑步,只是會跑一天休息一天
中間一天做重訓或其他運動(快走之類的)
因為之前比較忙一點就沒什麼運動,才一周阿~~~~~就身材走樣了QQQQQ
(夏天大家都在瘦我卻在胖....)
所以近來幾天是連續的每天跑步
不知道是不是腳太累了,小腿覺得好緊繃,都要跑一跑拉個筋
這樣需要先休息幾天嗎> <?
今天早上還是有去跑步,結果覺得膝蓋不太舒服QAQ
走樓梯會覺得有點痛...
(是因為過重嗎QQQQQQ有聽說過膝蓋會不舒服是過重,可是我BMI正常阿~~~我要哭了)
雖然知道硬撐不好,可是想讓身體趕快回復到走樣前
想請問大家炎炎夏日是什麼時候去跑步呢~
昨天晚上9:00去跑步(等晚餐消化完),想說比較涼跑起來舒服一點
結果11:00睡覺怎樣都睡不著 > <
可能是身體還很亢奮吧QAQ
這樣什麼時候去跑步應該比較好呢
唉唉,還是喜歡冷一點跑步,氣候舒服都可以多跑幾圈~~~
請大家給予一些指教 > <
